All payments are processed via a link that will be provided to the participant after registration is accepted. 

• All payments must be received in full within 14 days of receiving the acceptance notification.

• Places are limited, and a participant’s spot is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

• All payments must be made prior to the start of the camp.

• All prices advertised on the website are in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted.

• Payments permit one (1) person only to access the purchased camp, event, or resource. Exceptions apply where participants purchase additional registrations.

• All third parties, including but not limited to business partners, colleagues, assistants, and your clients, must purchase their own access.

The following refund and cancellation terms apply to all participants. Please review them carefully before completing your registration:

• ⁠Live training programs, events, camps, clinics, and mentoring are not eligible for a refund after the training begins.

• ⁠If a participant changes their mind about purchasing an event registration or online coaching, they are entitled to a refund for the 14 days following the purchase, minus transaction fees, provided that the program has not started.

• Every participant who registers for an in-person Camp, Clinic, or Program will pay the full cost, which includes a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the program fee.

• Any participant who needs to withdraw must notify MeysanElite by email only (info@meysanelite.com) and must include the following information:

– Athlete’s Name

– Amount of Money Paid

– Name for Refund Check

– Email and Mailing Address for Refund Check

– Reason for Withdrawal

• 100% of the remaining balance will be refunded up to 60 days before the camp, clinic, or program.

• 25% of the remaining balance, minus transaction fees, will be refunded up to 30 days prior to the camp, clinic, or program.

• No refunds will be offered in the last 30 days prior to a camp, clinic, or program, and no refunds will be offered for “no-show” participants and/or those who fail to notify MeysanElite of any change in plans.

• Once a program commences, there are no refunds. Any participant sent home due to illness, injury, inappropriate behavior, or homesickness is not eligible for a refund. Injured participants may stay at camps or clinics despite their injury to learn through observation. These participants will need approval from a doctor.

• A parent/guardian must make payment for any participant between the ages of 13–17. The parent/guardian will be notified of the subscription and will need to reach out to MeysanElite at info@meysanelite.com if they do not agree to the Terms and Conditions to cancel the subscription.

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enriching experience for all, participants are required to adhere to the following standards of conduct throughout the camp:

• During all camp activities, including live training sessions, city tours, and time spent at the hotel, participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

• Any bullying, racism, x-rated material, and inappropriate comments or behavior will be considered a breach of these terms. In such an event, your access to the camp and communities will be terminated immediately without a refund.

• All participants are expected to abide by the laws of the country where the camp is held. Any illegal or inappropriate behavior, whether in private or public places, will not be tolerated.

• Any participant found engaging in illegal or inappropriate behavior will face immediate expulsion from the camp without a refund. The camp will not be responsible for any legal consequences resulting from such actions. The camp assumes no liability for any illegal or  inappropriate acts committed by participants.

We encourage participants to capture and share moments from camp, while keeping these important rules in mind to ensure privacy, safety, and respect for everyone:

• Photos and videos are permitted, provided they are shared in good conduct and reflect respectful behavior. Content must not shame, insult, or disrespect any individual.

• Participants must seek permission before posting photos or videos of other participants, coaches, or staff members.

• Participants must avoid sharing content that could compromise anyone’s privacy or safety.

• Ensure all posts, comments, and captions reflect a positive and respectful tone.

• Do not share content that shames, insults, or disrespects any individual or group.

• ⁠If participants encounter inappropriate content or behavior on social media related to the camp, report it to camp staff immediately.

• ⁠Participants are not permitted to record training sessions without the permission of the camp coach.

All content associated with the camp is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Please review the following guidelines regarding usage and ownership:

• All designs, resources, media and content presented on any of the websites owned by MeysanElite are copyright to and Meysan Holding LLP.

• At no time can any of the images, resources, videos, concepts or content be shared, copied, embedded or resold without the express written consent from Meysan Holding LLP.

• ⁠All videos, images, training materials, and coaching content produced during the camp are the exclusive property of MeysanElite and Meysan Holding LLP.

• These materials are protected under copyright law and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose without prior written consent from MeysanElite.

• Participants are permitted to capture personal photos and videos for private use, provided they do not infringe on the rights of others or violate camp policies.

• Any unauthorized use of camp media for commercial or public purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
