Morning session
- Introduction squash with the psa players pep talk (15 mins )
- Warm up / fitness testing on court (30 mins )
- How to solo and the important of it (1 hour )
- Drills / two on court with coaches work on basic game (1.5)
Evening sessions
- Warm up 15 mins
- Condition games 2 hours (deep corners drills)
- Fitness 45 mins on court footwork
Day 3
Morning session
- Warm up 15 mins
- Solo speed ur swing with fast pace 1 hour
- Drills speeding the game and more hard drills 2 hours

Day 5

Day 2
Morning session

- Solo 45 mins ball control
- Drills and coaches teqnique on court 2 hours ( deep corners with more variety in the volleys and attacking )
